Next-year statutory limits from legal formulas (finwire_next_year_limits)
Polish statutory values for the next year computed by finwire.pl from the formulas written in the laws, on the latest GUS and NBP data, before the government announces them: pension indexation (art. 89 of the FUS pension act) and the minimum pension, the statutory minimum rise of the minimum wage (art. 5 of the minimum wage act) and the hourly rate, the projected average wage and the IKE and IKZE contribution limits, the 30x ZUS contribution cap and ZUS contribution bases, the flat-rate tax and small CIT taxpayer revenue limits converted at the NBP EUR rate of the first working day of October. Each item has a stage (projekcja = formula estimate, projekt = government draft, obwieszczenie = announced, obowiazuje = in force) that switches automatically when the act is published, an 80% interval, the calculation with inputs and periods, the daily estimate path and a backtest on past years with official values.
