Vehicle registrations in Poland: first registrations by type, province and brand

Monthly first registrations of vehicles in Poland from the Ministry of Digital Affairs files with CEPiK data on dane.gov.pl: passenger cars and all vehicles since January 2014, 17 vehicle types (passenger cars, lorries, motorcycles, tractors, trailers...), provinces per 1000 residents, and passenger-car brands by province with the share of brands from China. A first registration in Poland covers new cars and used cars imported from abroad. Months whose province or type split is inconsistent (shifted rows, a copied month, provinces not summing to the total) are held back and listed in `quarantine`.
