Polish public debt and state budget

State Treasury debt of Poland at the end of each month since 2001 from the Ministry of Finance time series (nominal, million PLN): domestic and foreign debt, retail savings bonds, currency structure and non-resident holders, average growth per second over the last 12 months, and the finwire index finwire_public_debt_per_capita (debt per resident, population from GUS as of 31 December of the previous year). Quarterly national public debt (PDP) and general government debt (EU definition) in million PLN and % of GDP, general government debt % of GDP from Eurostat, and the Ministry of Finance state budget execution estimate cumulative from January (revenue, expenditure, deficit, debt service) with the annual plan from the budget act. The three debt measures are different and should not be mixed.
