PIT returns by municipality (finwire_pit_per_capita)

Personal income tax (PIT) returns by municipality (gmina) from the yearly Ministry of Finance release "Dane z rozliczenia PIT za rok podatkowy w układzie terytorialnym": PIT due, revenue and taxpayers by type of return (PIT-37 and PIT-40A, PIT-36, PIT-36L, PIT-28, PIT-38, PIT-39), per resident with the GUS population, rank of all municipalities, provinces, revenue per PIT-37 taxpayer and PIT-38 (capital gains) returns per 1000 residents. National PIT due per resident is the finwire index finwire_pit_per_capita. All tax years published by the Ministry, refreshed when a new year or a correction appears.
