Average offer and transaction prices per square meter of flats on the primary and secondary market in 16 voivodeship capitals and Gdynia, quarterly since Q3 2006 (secondary transactions since 2000 where NBP reports them), from the NBP residential property price database (BaRN), plus the offer vs transaction price gap.
