Location premium by district (finwire_location_premium)

For each district of 17 Polish cities: median flat price per square meter from notarial deeds (RCN, last 12 months) against the price expected from the finwire neighbourhood quality score without price components (public transport, schools, shops and health, greenery and water, quiet, air), from a log-linear regression within the city. Premium = actual / expected - 1. Published only where the city has at least 8 districts with prices and the quality explains prices (slope above 0, R2 at least 0.15); with leave-one-out accuracy against the naive median. The national value of finwire_location_premium is the mean absolute premium.
