Municipal budgets: spending, debt and EU funding (finwire_gmina_spending_per_capita)

Budgets of all Polish municipalities (gminy) and cities with county rights: executed spending per resident by category (schools and kindergartens, social help, family benefits and nurseries, roads and transport, waste, water and street lighting, administration, culture, sport, municipal housing, fire brigades, interest on debt) from Ministry of Finance budget reports Rb-28S, investment spending, plan execution, debt per resident at the end of the quarter (Rb-Z), compared with neighbouring municipalities, municipalities of similar type and size, and Poland. EU funding per resident from the lists of projects co-financed by European Funds 2021-2027 and 2014-2020 (only projects located in a single municipality; 2014-2020 lists locate projects to the county). Natural persons are not named. National index finwire_gmina_spending_per_capita = spending of all municipalities / their population, full budget years from 2024.
