Household fixed cost burden by province (Sztywne koszty gospodarstwa finwire)

Monthly finwire index finwire_fixed_cost_burden: share of the net income of a model household (two earners on the regional median gross wage from GUS, net pay from the shared employment contract calculator) taken by fixed monthly costs: mortgage payment on a 50 m2 flat bought in the province capital at the GUS median transaction price with 20% down payment over 30 years at the average rate on new housing loans (NBP MIR), administrative fee, heating, water, waste and electricity (GUS Local Data Bank rates and consumption, the same model as the flat running cost calculator) and the TV licence. Poland and 16 provinces, with the share without the mortgage.
