finwire indicators

finwire index registry (finwire_* identifiers)

Every index computed by finwire.pl under one stable identifier (finwire_*): the latest reading with its period, the previous reading, the change, the method version and the citation formula. GET /v1/finwire-index lists all indices (including the ones in preparation), GET /v1/finwire-index/{id} returns one index with its history. Old dataset ids (e.g. credit-market-index, borrowing-power) are accepted as aliases. Indices computed from WIBOR publish only the result, never the benchmark rate.
