EV charger occupancy in Poland (UDT EIPA)

Occupancy of public charging points from statuses in the UDT register EIPA read every 15 minutes. Most networks report a status only when it changes, so the last known status of a point counts while its network has sent any status change in the last 24 hours; a point occupied with no change for more than 7 days counts as no reading; out of order only for networks reporting within 30 days. Status now (both by this measurement rule and by the 2-hour "free now" rule of the map), weekly trend, weekday x hour heatmap, occupancy by power class, busiest sites, cities and networks, and the finwire index finwire_ev_charger_occupancy (occupied share of measured minutes in each full week, Monday to Sunday). History is published after at least 14 days of readings.
