Electric cars in Poland: fleet, new cars, counties and charging

Battery electric (BEV) and plug-in hybrid (PHEV) passenger cars in Poland: fleet at year end and new cars registered in the year from Eurostat (road_eqs_carpda, road_eqr_carpda), the fuel mix of new cars (petrol, diesel, hybrids, LPG), provinces and counties per 1000 passenger cars from GUS BDL when the county series is available, top and bottom counties, and the correlation of public charging sites per 10k residents with BEV per 1000 cars across counties (Spearman with a 95% bootstrap interval and a partial version controlling the median wage).
