Rulings of Polish common courts in consumer credit disputes (CHF and other foreign currency mortgages, WIBOR clauses, free credit sanction, early repayment cost refunds, unit-linked policies), classified by finwire.pl: counts by publication month, share ruled for the borrower at least in part (finwire_borrower_win_share), courts, first vs second instance, newest rulings with links to the Court Rulings Portal of the Ministry of Justice. Only rulings published in the portal are counted; bank names are anonymised by the courts. Statistics of published rulings, not legal advice; each ruling concerns one contract.
