Housing loan demand (BIK)

Monthly demand for housing loans in Poland from BIK (Credit Information Bureau) press releases: the BIK Demand Index (value of housing loan inquiries per working day, year-over-year), applicants, the average requested amount, the number and value of granted housing loans year-over-year and the average granted loan (plus cash loans, instalment loans and credit cards), next to the value of new housing loans in PLN (NBP) and the NBP survey on demand. BIK publishes changes rather than levels; June and December have no separate BIK release on granted loans. Figures are quoted "according to BIK" with a link to each release.
